Rooted in the classical tradition of Classical Hatha Yoga, these sessions are designed to align the body and mind with the geometry of existence.

Daily Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama

During your stay at Nature’s Nest, you can participate in daily sessions of yoga, meditation, and pranayama designed to bring balance and clarity to your day. These sessions are open to all guests and can be joined directly at the resort. You can also mention your interest while booking your stay online so we can schedule your sessions accordingly.

For those who wish to learn a complete classical practice, you can choose from a range of Classical Hatha Yoga programs such as Surya Kriya, Angamardana, Yogasanas, Bhuta Shuddhi, Surya Shakti, and more. We will tailor your stay itinerary to include the workshop of your choice along with other Nature’s Nest experiences.

Whether you are new to yoga, a senior guest, travelling with children, or seeking practices to support specific health conditions, our team will help you select what suits you best. Each practice is designed to meet you where you are — from gentle to dynamic, from restorative to strengthening.

These programs are taught in such a way that you don’t just “do” yoga — you learn each practice in its entirety: understanding the process, the breath, and the science behind every movement. Surya Kriya
