Arrival & Settling In
Arrive for lunch and check-in. Rest or enjoy the natural spring water pool. Guided Sunset Meditation, dinner, and quiet rest follow.
Establishing the Practice
Begin with the first Surya Kriya session. Free time or nature activities after breakfast. Evening Hatha Yoga deepens the practice.
Deepening & Immersion
Morning session focused on refinement. Breakfast, then a forest plantation walk. Afternoon Forest Meditation and a special dinner.
Integration & Completion
Final morning Surya Kriya for integration. Depart after breakfast with a strengthened practice.

Absolutely. Surya Kriya is taught step-by-step over multiple sessions, so no prior yoga experience is needed. The teachers adapt the guidance to each participant's level, whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner.
Nature's Nest is located in Surla, Sacordem, Dharbandora, in the Western Ghats of Goa. About 1.5 hours from Dabolim Airport and 1 hour from Madgaon Railway Station. The resort can arrange pick-up — just reach out via WhatsApp when you book.
Yes — that's the whole point. The retreat is structured so you learn the complete 21-step practice over 4 days. By the final session, participants are guided to do the full practice independently. You leave with a lifelong daily practice.
Comfortable, loose yoga clothing, a light shawl or wrap for morning sessions, personal toiletries, and any personal medication. Yoga mats are provided. The forest setting is warm and humid — light, breathable fabrics work best.
Yes. All meals during the retreat are sattvic — vegetarian, lightly spiced, and freshly prepared. The menu draws from traditional Goan cooking and is designed to support your practice throughout the day.
