Our guides aren’t seasonal hires — they’re the same people who’ve tracked these forests, identified its frogs and fungi, and worked on local conservation efforts for over a decade.

Bioluminescent fungi trail
After dark in monsoon, the forest floor glows. A guided night walk to find Mycena and other rare bioluminescent fungi — a phenomenon you can witness in only a handful of places on Earth.
Waterfall & temple treks
Trails to Talde Waterfall and the 13th-century Tambdi Surla Shiva temple — both at their most alive in the rain. Lush, layered, and led by naturalists who'll show you what city eyes miss.

The questions everyone asks before booking.
Will rain ruin the trip?
Rain is the experience, not the obstacle. The activities — bioluminescence, waterfall treks, sanctuary trails — are designed for monsoon conditions. Cottages are fully comfortable. We hand out rain gear for treks. The forest is genuinely at its most alive in this season.
What about leeches and insects?
Honestly — leeches exist in monsoon forests, and we don't pretend otherwise. We provide leech socks for treks, brief you on what to expect, and our guides handle anything you encounter. Most guests find it a non-issue after the first walk. Cottages are well-screened and treated.
Is it safe and suitable for families with kids?
Marks and devious Semikoli but the Little Blind Text didn’t listen. She packed her seven versalia, put her initial into the belt and made herself on the way.
How do I get there?
We're approximately 60 km from Goa airport (GOI) and Madgaon railway station. Self-drive is straightforward; we can also arrange airport/station pick-up at additional cost — just let us know when you book.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the stay are refunded with a small processing fee. Within 14 days, partial refunds apply. Full policy is shared at booking — talk to us if your plans shift, we're reasonable people.
